Hi! My name is Jones. I am new to NoFap. I am also a person trying to control his masturbation and pornographic tendencies. I tried to stop in 2015, but I was in a cycle of telling myself to stop, trying to stop but then going back to the habits. Last year, I decided to give up with the struggle.
