    Why... Hello there!
My name is Daniel, I'm 21 years old, and I have an addiction to masturbation and to porn. I started when I was 13 and I hope this will help me to break free of it!

Welcome Daniel! You've come to the right place.

Are you ready to kick the PMO habit? Are you starting today?

Hello, I started 2 days ago but just relapsed and have to start all over again. I am installing a blocker called k9 hopefully that helps.

Don't worry too much about the odd stumble. It's difficult to break an addictive habit of 8 years, but you can do it if the will is there. There are people on this forum who have been using PMO for decades, and who have worked and worked and overcome their addiction.

Try to learn something from the setback; was it something you could have foreseen? Was it a situation you could have avoided? Installing k9 is a good idea, but remember that the addict's brain can be cunning. Is there a way you can entrust the password to someone else, so you can't just override the filters when the next urge to look at P comes?

Thank you for the advice! I will see if I can get a close family member(as awkward as it is) to come up with a new password and keep it from me.
