Hello everyone striffe here, just discovered on reddit that such a place existed let alone other people with the same goal in mind all grouped in the same place was around. As embarassing as it may sound i fap probably atleast 4 times a week and would like to bring it down to none since the lack of motivation and strength is killing me, i would also like to start working out if i can ever decode the cryptic nature of it.
