    I have been masturbating and watching porn since I was in class 6 and now I am totally disappointed with my self and my sins I want to improve and become better and have a better life a successful life so I choose to nofap.

    I’m in the same boat. I’ve been masturbating and looking at porn since I was about 13 or 14. Over 30 years later, I’ve ruined one marriage and am on my way to doing the same thing with my second. Porn has been in my life for as long as I can remember. I lie to cover it up, but I ALWAYS get caught. I really need this change. We can do this.
