Hello NoFap community, here i am.

    Hi NoFap community,
    i am almost 21 years old and i want to get more control about my life.
    Right now im feeling like i played a passive role in my past few years. But in the past few months i gained a lot of self confidence and discipline. Right now i am starting a 90 Days hardmode challenge.
    I am really intrested of how this will affect my mind and and my body. I am also really sick about being addicted to that shit. I know exactly that i can stop myself properly if i have the correct reasons for it. I fucked up a few times, because i didn't really know what i want. (I know. Its so damn stupid. I thought i could just stop for a few months to see the effect, it needs more than just that as a reason to happen. At least for me.) Now i am 100% sure and i will do this without any doubt. I dont want all of this anymore. I am so ready to just get rid of that stupid habit.
    I would also like to have a Accountability Partner for that challenge to talk to.
    So, yeah. Thats why i am here.

    • Do not touch your penis unless you are peeing or washing it - no exceptions.
    • Do not use porn (in any form), do not masturbate or cum - called hard mode.
    • Remove sexual thoughts and images from your mind, completely/instantaneously.
    • When weakening from temptation get up and do something: for example, exercise.
    • Find a strict Accountability Partner, the best would be someone you know and trust. o_O
