Hello I would need some help..

    I'm new to this site, but I think I really need it.
    I think that my problem is addiction to porn. I masturbate around 2-3 times a day, always to porn and I think it doesnt have good cause on my life. So I would need some help how to get around on this site and how to use it to succed on quitting porn (in unhealthy way, like now). Thanks!

    Hey! Welcome! I relate to your story. On the home page is a great "getting started" guide. I'd highly recommend downloading it and starting there. As to getting around the forum it's pretty obvious. The community is a great group of guys. Like any group, there are personalities - hey it's made of humans. Take time, make sure you post in the correct forum and get involved.
