I am 18 year old high school studen. I started with nofap because I want to stand again my life problem I was avoiding with fapping. Although I wasn´t PMOing for a half year I oficially starting with NOFAP. Recently I also started with MGTOW, but I merely know what it is. Until now I was obsessed with girls, I was chasing them all the time. And now I realise it was and immense wasting of sexual energy, witch can I utilise for something different. I want to add some positive habbits to nofap. Can you give me some advice about mgtow and etc.
Hi! Welcome to community! I have started researching MGTOW few days ago, and it seems to me like it's some kind of anti woman movement. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying it's necessarily bad, but from what I've seen and understood, they are saying that woman are bad and waste of time and money, getting married is biggest mistake you can make etc. They are few levels of MGTOW, and I really do not advice you to be hard core about it, for me it's like modern feminism, but for men. It's over exaggerated, there is no need to be that extreme... Anyways, good luck with your NoFap journey!
