Hello, heavy fapper with severe PIED and HOCD here

    Hi there everyone. My English is not very good so please excuse my errors.
    To make my story very short, I am addicted to porn for almost 20 years. I'm 36 now. When I was 26 ED started. Later I found out it was actually PIED. Girlfriend at that time left me. Didn't stopped PMO but I needed more so I started cross-dressing and watching transwoman and gay porn. Two years ago started noFap; I abstained 9 months - and i felt excellent - then relapsed badly when my new girlfriend disappointed me. Now I put my crossdressing pictures on various sites and this in really wrong. I noticed that feel better fapping when i'm dressed like a woman and I get really excited when people view my pictures as a girl. It may sound weird but I know all this happens because my PMO addiction. Problem is I cannot stop and I thought a journal here will help me get through this.
    So, tomorrow I'll start a journal. See ya!

    @Codrin P welcome to nofap. Porn has twisted our minds and changed how view the world and how we view ourselves.

    @D . J . First of all, close all my accounts and delete all porn (including selfpics). This is the most difficult task. I'm working on it right now.
