    Hi all, I am 23 and got into PMO when I was 14. It was never really a lot, but recently I have been under a lot of stress and there has been an increase in how much I use. Now I use it multiple times a day when before I only used it around twice monthly. I have always felt quite ashamed and couldn't talk about it with people close to me. Heard about this community and here I am. Thank you
