Hello everyone!

I'm new to NoFap, and I want to quit my addiction of fapping. Recently I have been so bored that fapped every single day (sometimes more than once a day) and today I decided to change that. I don't want to be controlled by my sexuality anymore. I want to stop fapping so much and be productive as much as I can. This is very hard to write, I have to be honest. I hope that, with much effort, I can stop masturbating so often.
