Hello All After reading so many stories on the forum I decided to join as I could see myself in so many of them. I could not cum except when watching porn and it really got to hard core stuff. And I could only stay hard for about 5 minutes I could only cure it by taking a blue smarty I am 61 and started watching porn on a regular basis when I was 38. Of course it went from the normal stuff to really hard core. I have started my self discipline on the 21 Sep 2017. No porn & no masturbation. I hope to get to grips with this excuse the pun. Hi Many thanks for the welcome. I'm going through a bit of frustration period. Just want to wank especially when my girlfriend sends me some naughty pics to tease me LOL. But I am determined to get to the end of my 30 days. Then I can relieve myself. No porn though. Just use my imagination and think of the girlfriend. LOL then I will have to go through another NOFAP period as I don't get home till around the 22 November So that's a double NOFAP period. As I have been watching porn for so long it might take me longer but who knows I might get lucky.
