    So I was wondering can height decrease ? I remember when I was in high school I was 5’10 now i’m 5’8 I remember after high school I was very inactive I would lay down all day I would hardly eat I was just a slob I would also do P&M almost everyday maybe I’ve always been 5’8 or maybe everyone was just shorter than me and they finally caught up give me your thoughts.

    Usually, if you ever lose height it's not until you're middle-aged. You can have height loss due to gravitational pressure but it's usually temporary especially when you're younger, and you can regain much of that height back from doing hanging-related exercises like pull-ups.

    Im 5'9, sometimes im taller than my brother sometimes shorter.
