I'd really like to answer your question, but to be honest I can't. From what I've read PAWS can be present from few months to up to 2 years. From my own experience all I can say is that I started getting mentally more state around 4-5 months of monk mode and things further improved down the road, making me less and less anxious/depressed and more social, but I relapsed after 7 months and fall into daily binge PMO rabbit hole again for half a year so all progress has been lost. I'm in my fifth month of monk mode right now and it's a mixed bag. I'm still fighting with depression and anxiety but at least I'm capable of fighting not numbing myself by having multiple orgasm a day. I've been addicted for almost 2 decades to the behavior you describe, so I'm pretty sure it will take long time to break free.
