it will pass. I went thru hell for the first 30 days. It was awful, everyday was a fight. But each day passes you grow stronger. It's going to get worse before it gets better, but its ok! its going to get better trust me. But i feel you, withdrawal symptoms sucks!

I like seeing it as a desease or something like that because it tells me that my mind is in the wrong place and I can not let it wonder, those symptoms are hard but now I know the mean something good. Thanks man and stay strong.

In the minute 42:16 he shows some addiction withdrawal symptoms and I just realized that I am having those since I started (I am in day 5).

The symptoms are:
Anxiety (Every single second)
Restlessness (go to sleep feeling tired and wake up destroyed)
Irritability (I want to punch someone, I even fantasised killing a guy...)
Insomnia (Either is that or oversleeping)
Fatigue (Ha almost falling asleep right now at 11:26 am)
Poor concentration (English is not my first language so I am using websites to make sure I don not miss spell but look at that word "vaceusa" that is the way I wrote "because")
Depression (Since I was 12 but then at 12 I started watching porn)
Mood Swings (No even going to start here)
Social isolation (Ha what a joke, just told my little brother to go play somewhere else)
Headaches (For five days straight with little brakes)

I have all of them with no exception, it feels insane and knowing that I am sick
causes two things, first I know that my mind is in the wrong place and I can not think straight so giving in is the worse thing I could do right now and second I feel weak and ashamed of myself I feel like I can not do this because my mind and body are working against me.

I am addicted... that is it. I am sick! I am terrified of being sick but without knowing I am killing myself day after day but my mind and body think that it is helping me.

I am sick, I am addicted if I can admit that I can get better. Holy crap I almost cried right now.

First step to get better: Admit you have a problem that it is out of your control and it is hurting you. Man... I finally can see it.

Stop Scareing people with your symptoms go to doctor or talk to priest ask God for forgiveness and pray
