    I was watching a YouTube video of a experiment, And there's a guy and a girl doing it. I wasn't aroused or anything by the girl i was focusing on the experiment more. Obviously i looked at the girl around because i cant help it in front of my face but nor was i wanting to jack off, no urge to PMO. However my heart is beating fast as fuck as if im going to plan a PMO session now and im really excited. And i got a boner for some reason I wasn't around or anything. The video ended and i just sat there, No fantasizing my heart still beating the same. I wasn't aroused. IDK whats going on this is making me guilty.

    You get these bouts of urges every single day which arise out of the blue and can stay for some time. The best thing to do is to recognize that the urge is arising and watch it as closely as possible. If you don't react to this urge, it will go away on its own but if you start panicking and thinking about porn or get anxious about how hard this is to resist or try to make it go, you will only make it worse. Let the urges come and go. It is the reaction to them that creates all the problems.
