    Hey guys,

I'm a new Fapstronaut so I'd like to know what some of you, more experienced, think about a healthy relationship with porn

I think we all agree to say that porn is a completely addictive drug.
Like all drugs when you abuse it, it has severe consequences on your life: a lot of stories talk about social anxiety, lack of self-confidence, lack of sexual desire for real women....
And I would say that it's much easier to become a porn addict that with the other drugs :
    - You don't have to buy anything, you just need an Internet connection (heroin, weed addiction is much more expensive)
    - You don't have to move of your home, when it's 2AM and you're about to relapse, you just have to turn on the computer, you don't need to move across the city to buy drug or alcohol.
    - I'd say that porn addiction is more "socially acceptable" than alcoholism or drug addiction. Seriously most of 18-25 men watch porn regularly (or have already done it, can't remember).

However, do you think that it is possible to "control" your consumption of porn, within an healthy life (girlfriend, friends, job...) ?
Don't you think that something like 1 time a week (or less), when your girlfriend is out one night, it can become a "hobby" to watch a porn movie ?

I'm asking that because I don't really know what i'm expecting of my 1st NoFap experience.
Sometimes I tell to myself "I'll continue NoFap until my DE is cured, and then I'll control my porn consumption" but sometimes I think that this is just a part of me which can give up this addiction...

Even if porn addiction have messed up my sexual life, I can't really feel disgust for it, and somehow i'd like to continue once i feel "cured"

    What about you guys ?

TL,NR --> Even if porn if addictive, do you think you can control your consumption after a successful NoFap experience ?

Good question. I think for me at least, the answer is probably no. I think porn addiction is something that will always be there if I use porn. So the only option for me is to stop using porn permanently.
