Health Benefits of Doing Nofap

Hi members of noFap! I want this thread to be mainly about health benefits you've experience on noFap and at what certain time period you gained it. The reason for this is because I currently have some health issue right now and although I know just being on noFap doesn't mean you get your wishes granted I want to just see if there is any actual change that you got solely from noFap because maybe it'll spark a hope in me. Getting in Shape doesn't count for example because that's not something the retention of your semen has actually given you. Thanks for reading and I hope you post!
