!!!!!!HEALING!!!!!!

So guys I have relapsed a lot of times , the road of PMO ain't easy but the fact is it isn't suppose to be easy , when you feel pain you think "this is bad" but it ain't because pain is good , if you do a hundred situps your abs will burn and pain but what happens when it healed ?? It became stronger !!! The same with PMO , you quit it you feel like shit , but that feeling is good , usually when I hit flatline I get depressed ,I get anxious it feels long and dark the first few days , I think just before I relapse most of the times I got fully healed and told myself "eh I feel great maybe I should do it" and then I regret it the second after O , but what I learned about the withdrawals and flatlines is that it is really f**king horrible and then I just dig in , but that is the biggest mistake many people make , I read stories about people still feeling shit after months and months , but the thing is everything is your own choice ,, because you can lay on your ass and just feel sad about the way you don't want to feel and let it sink in , or you can fall in love with that feeling and tell yourself this feeling I feel is shit but also awesome because that feeling is a huge massive f#*ken sign that you are healing , you are on the path of change , PMO is your own choice to do or not, you control the input and the output because it is you , it is f*+ken your mind ,body and soul you own it ,, so guys if you can't change yourself in your own surroundings how the f*"k are you gonna change it in the surroundings of others , life ain't easy , nofap ain't easy , fight it ,kill it ,overcome it
