Headaches

Sorry to hear you are having such headaches. They are really horrible.

I am not a doctor and have no medical training. So, take what I say with that in mind.

If your doctor found nothing, that does not mean there is nothing wrong. It means he didn't find it. Go back and either see the same doctor or ask to see a specialist. You deserve an answer. It's great that the MRI didn't find anything (I mean like super really great as in no tumors), but there is something wrong.

It is not normal to get headaches like the ones you are describing. Ask to see a specialist that deals in migraines.

Now for the part of my advice you won't much care for. You need to be 100% honest with your doctor that these headaches are happening when you pmo. Explain what kind of computer set up you have, what kind of headphones and how long you are doing pmo. The doctor has hear it all. Honest, doctors have seen it, been there and heard that. There is nothing you can tell your doctor that will shock him. But, he can't give you advise if he doesn't know what's going on.

The other advise I'd give you is simple. The old story, a man goes to the doctor, tells him it hurts when he holds his arm "like this". The doctor says, "don't hold your arm like that". So, if it hurts when you pmo, don't pmo.

I'm sure your doctor has already suggested this, but get to an eye doctor. It could be eye strain.

It could also just be tension headaches. But, whatever it is - don't give up. You do deserve to find out what's causing these headaches.

Headaches are more common with withdrawals.

 

Im going to speak from my own experience here, I have lived a stressful life for years and cause of it when I sleep I clench my jaw, grind my teeth this will give me horrible headaches, and every time I relapsed to porn I would feel horrible and it would result in more stress so when I was sleeping I would clench my jaw then have headache when I woke up.

Not saying that this happens to you but, are there any other symptoms like does your jaw or your teeth hurt sometimes? Its just a thought.

 

I actually get more headaches from a long streak because I always have so much stress bottled up.

Not trying to start an argument here. I want to point out that the original questions was regarding migraines as a result of pmo. Not as a result of withdrawl from pmo.

Only attempting to make sure we're all on the same page here.
