It does for me. I've found that I often would do PMO when I was bored, or wanted to delay working on something. Now that I'm in a reboot, I find lifting and running give me that since of accomplishing something, and the urges pass.
The comments are right, you should train your brain to acknowledge the urges then just ignore it.. some people end fearing the urges which in the long run causes the urges to over power them, but when you acknowledge it or you face it next time it comes all you'll do is shrug your shoulders n just move on.
