I am on day 6 and for the most part it has not been too bad so far. However last night i had a dream that i was watching porn and about to MO and it was very intense and felt like it was almost real and i woke up in the middle of the night wanting to do it really bad but i didn't. Has anyone here had a similar experience?
This has happened to me 2 times. A couple nights ago I was dreaming about PMO and I became very disappointed in myself (in the dream) and then I realized it was a dream and felt much better (still in my dream, very strange - like the movie Inception). Hang in there.
The problem in his with me is that i cant tell if its reality or not. i got really guilty on my reboot becauae i had a dream and i thought i really pmo and inception is my favourite movie and the song "time" from it stopped me from relapsing
