I have been doing hardmode & i have noticed that i am back to eating sugar and drinking caffeinated drinks( things i have quit before) Anyone with similar experience? please share.
I have been drinking more coffee and eating junk food (previously I wouldn't eat any unhealthy food). As long as it is occasional, I don't mind if it helps me beat an urge. Getting my reboot done is taking a priority at the moment.
It seems the further I get away from PMO, the further I go towards eating fast food more consistency. Also I seem to watch really divisive political shit that I don't care about, its like my mind wants to be occupied by something with the space thats been freed up by not indulging in pmo. Which really sucks because I have alot of healthy habits that I like to do, but Im not doing them, instead im eating garbage and pissing myself off by watching things that arent happening in my life.
I try to replace porn with watching anime and sleeping but too bad. All japanshit anime is sexual and it was the reason i got addicted to hentai so i quit watching anime cold turjey. Today is day 1. I also avoid watching anu works of fictjons and stick to documentary and stuff. Its hard as hell but i value my revcovery so much
