I have masturbated for four years regularly 4 to 6 times a week.. but is been a month That im trying to quite masturbation and limiting it. I have limted it to 2 or 3 times a week. I have seen so much benefis as everyone else report.. I completely changed to a new person.. but the problem is that after a week this time I only fapped once not two times like the last week. My body really urges me to fap one time more and also I have pain in my left ball and also little pain in the left leg too.. do u guys know why that happens???

Not exactly sure "why", but I know it happened to me in the past. It passes with time, or I got used to it, not even sure which it is ^^.

If the pain gets too hard to bear, maybe consider seeing a physician ; it might be something completely unrelated to your NoFap experience as well..

Where abouts is the pain in your left leg? All of it, in a small location? Sharp or dull pain?

Both sides of...? Both balls? Both feet? Above and below your foot?

  6. I think you need to look for a physician because normally it is not supposed to be on your case.

I don't think it's related to nofap. I used M like crazy 3 times daily every week for 1.5 years. I've not done it for like 61 days now. I've not come across any pain like you mentioned. You should see a doctor and get it checked. It's better to be cautious about such things. Dont worry about it much just show it to the doctor and you will be fine. Take care.

This problems have happened to me since I started to limit fapping and struggling to quite it. Also sometimes my prostate shaking even befor or after jerking off. It shakes specially at the time when I am used to masturbate everytime but not do it at that time of the week or the day. I think my body sends me the message that its the time to fapp lolz.. Im really surprised.

Hmmm. I don't entirely know your diet, but maybe you need more salt and or potassium in your diet to allow for stable muscle control, and reduce these spasms.

Really dont know man. I live in Afghanistan. Here we have really poor diet, not well like Europeans. No good physicians not die experts. Nothing is good at all. No trapists here know about porn or masturbation addiction. Some of doctors themselves are addicts of porn and dont know they are..

I haven't met a doctor that knows of noPMO, so we're our own doctors! Hopefully your symptoms will eventually just go away, and not be a problem in the future!
