If you are a socially awkward person in general, giving up on nofap wouldn’t change anything for the better. If anything it would make it worse. Just keep going man and don’t let other people’s limitations hold you back.

 

If you were awkward and unlikeable retaining would make you more like likeable and outgoing. Its already been shown in studies that retaining increases T levels and this will make you more patient, care less what others think, give you more drive and ability. Others know nothing of the benefits of Nofap. Don’t even entertain what these people think or say. You’re far above them already
