    Hi y'all! 18 year old looking for change. I've been trying to stop for a few years, but things never worked out. Found NoFap today, and thought I should give it a try. Any and all advice is much appreciated. Let's go!

    To at least abstain from pmo for a week and then add on another week after I reach my goal and so on and so forth.
