Has anyones acne gone away?

I’ve also had issues with acne all my teenage years until now. I’ve been on NoFap for 76 days and I have noticed a difference. I used to break out more and now I dont as much. With NoFap you gain control of your self so you take care of yourself more. Now I use my energy and time to look for products or ways to make my skin better.
