    Sadly , yes I got ed cause of excessive pmo and I still remember last time I did 8 masturbation in a row and my penis start to vibrate very bad and swallowed up all the way to almost 3 days , I lost my sensation , got death grip and got Ed means I can't feel my penis anymore , sucks, I Just wanna be normal and healed cause this life is so harsh when u know that u can't turn your magic organ up , fck life, I'm so fucked , got very bad ed and weaknesses all the way up , and my nails turned pale , sucks , I am dead already.

    You can’t force yourself to get an erection every time you want. It’ll come only if you are committed to work on yourself. Firstly, stop the death grip habit, it will continue to make things worse. Just give it time, it’s a patience and waiting game bud.
