Has anyone cured delayed ejaculation without full 90-day reboot?

    Hello,

I'm 29. Been PMO'ing daily since 12 or 13. Started NoFap because I was experiencing delayed ejaculation; actually, I usually couldn't ejaculate at all during sex and had to jerk off in order to orgasm.

Started NoFap Hard Mode 14 days ago, but also started dating a girl a week before that. If sex comes up in the near future (probably between the 30- and 40-day marks), I would want to enjoy it.

Anyway, I'm wondering if anyone has cured his DE problem without doing 90 days of NoFap Hard Mode? I've read success stories where some people drastically improve in the bedroom after only a few weeks, or even days, of NoFap.

    Thanks,
    LNF

I have the same problem. So I also would like to know about that. It's incredibly frustrating to get laid and have to jerk off to ejaculate.

I wanted to say ICDMatrix, that you are doing fantastically well on the day that will mark 10 weeks clean from edging, masturbating, orgasms (except wet dreams), porn and porn substitutes! It seems that in three weeks time, assuming, you don not have a setback, you will cease hard mode.

Have you considered that your brain's neural pathways may not have been entirely healed and, therefore, a reboot to factory settings is not possible. Some have continued this journey to 180 days and beyond and still not felt the freedom of being rebooted. I do not know the extent of your addiction and, you may cross the anticipated threshold within the next two or three weeks. However, you made reference to a fetish addiction (I have no idea what this is btw). Has that been resolved? Is it likely to be?

These are just a few questions that arose in my mind. But in no way do I wish to rain on your parade. :)

Thank you for explaining things so clearly, including aspects that are painful. I will come back to this and comment further. Look after yourself.

I may be totally breaking the rules of "NoFap" here but I am suggesting a compromise between abstaining from masturbating and utilizing the techniques I put together in a blog to help guys overcome their DE:

Why I suggest that "NoFap" alone might not do the trick is that if you still ultimately want to be able to orgasm from sex, while doing a reboot might be a step in the right direction, it may not totally help you re-wire the neural pathways that connect a stimulus to a response. Check out the blog, it mostly details how to modify Fleshlight sleeves so as to be less stimulating and use that as a gradual process to adjust to getting arousal from a different stimulus than your hand.

*I will post the blog link here as soon as I am able to!
