Hardmode made me realize something

I’m 18 and found nofap roughly two years ago and I found it through searching on finding ways on fixing social anxiety, having strong eye contact etc and found a video on nofap and that’s how it came into my life. Before pmo I was very social, had no Issues whatsoever with aniexty, self confidence etc but after abusing porn it really changed me and my mental state and nofap has really improved everything in a way and also in time will hopefully remove all of my negative things in my mental state that porn has done to me.

 

Hardmode will change that after a while of abstaining believe me I’m a different person that I was on pmo a year ago and that’s really crazy to say but it is true. porn has a HUGE influence on our life that we don’t notice things that need to be fixed, changed or remove from our lives. It’s hard for others to notice that when there not having a new set of eyes on their lifestyle which can be challenging to face but also ok since it’s something we all have to learn in different ways but always facing the issues that causes it is the way everyone should start at which is stopping porn for a long time and even forever if your really motivated and strong in yourself.
