Hello, Im 24 years old and Im from Croatia. I want to try hard mode. Currently Im on a day 8. Actually I was on easy mode forever because i dont watch porn. I watched porn maybe 10 times in my 24 years so i dont have problem with that. Also i start masturbating late. I was almost 17 years old. I read a lot about NoFap and i disagree that NoFap increase concentration. I loose my concentration but i have Got confidence. That's all from me for now.
