Hard mode while married?

    Hey all,

    Question about rebooting while married. I think that no P and no M is easy enough while married, but as has been mentioned in a few other threads, any thoughts about O with wife only while rebooting? I think she would probably be on board with abstinence for 3 months, but not certain.

    Thoughts?

    Having sex during a reboot is optional and depends on your triggers. If you have porn flashbacks, intense chaser effects, are unavailable mentally and emotionally during sex, or try to bring your porn fantasies to life then you might want to take a break. If you have marital problems because of disclosing the secret then it might be best to take sex off the table for a little while. If you feel the need to have sex every day then you might need a break to allow the brain to return to a calm and balanced state of mind. If a single person was addicted to one-night stands, prostitutes, escorts, or massage parlors then they would need a break from sex. Don't make this decision unilaterally. It should be discussed as a couple.
