    This is my first post. I am going hard mode for 40 days

    I am 35 years old and have been struggling with online porn since age 13. I want to reboot so that I can have a healthy life with my wife and three kids.

    Welcome to NoFap. Sounds like you have made a good commitment.
    I hope your wife is with you in this, it will make it easier and long lasting.
    It looks like you have found many of the forums here. Are you considering a daily journal?

    Thank you so much. I have been to SAA, but this already seems much more suited to me. Journaling had always been sorry of a challenge to me, but I plan to post every day

    I am going to a new therapist today, and am attending sex addicts anonymous.

    I am also journaling here on nofap, which feels great in a whole new way for me.

    Sounds like you are committed to working hard on this. You should see good results. Please keep us updated on your progress. It doesn't all happen overnight, but you notice progress every little bit.
