140 days of PMO Hard Mode ended yesterday after my date went really well . I was nervous unsure how things would go, but all went well and felt very alive and real. Hard mode been one of the toughest and most fulfilling experiences of my life and I would never have done this with this group's support and encouragement. I started with the 90 day challenge and pushed myself to 30 days more inspired by the No Nut November challenges. All of you have been with me and each other as we grapple something so basic and so strong . Thank You NoFap community. I will continue to be involved. Next challenge- No P, no M for 180 days . Does anyone know How do I change the "day counter" .
