Hard mode.. Achievable? Help.

    Hello there!

    I'm currently residing here in the Philippines, 24 years old. I'm having doubts if I'm capable of doing the hard mode. I'm motivated to change but having doubts because there's too much temptation in the social media and tv that would trigger to go PMO mode again..... help... thank you guys

    Hello!. Well I am not sure what hard mode means... If it means a decisive NO to PMO...I would say it is the way to go... is just like quitting smoking. Is very well known is just impossible to cut the addiction on a slower reduction of cigarettes. Same here. (if I did not understand your question, sorry).
