Here I am (day 10). With a hangover and very tired, making me feel extremely triggered. Need to keep it simple and try to relax to avoid M, feel strong enough on the P side at the minute but not complacent. Hoping for a good sleep to help. It is not like this is a record but lots of external stresses feel like they are putting the pressure on. Need to try and remember the goals and benefits that I read about on here.
