Just relapsed unfortunately and now my hands are shaking/having tremors is this bad? Has anyone else experienced this after relapsing?
I’ve had it happen. It’s probably anxiety. Never happened to me before I started nofap. For me, I think it happens because we’ve told ourselves that we were done and this isn’t going to happen anymore...then we fail. Then disappointment and anxiety kick in.
Yeah, I always feel so unclean and disappointed in myself after relapsing. Don't really know why I keep doing it, it just draws me in, it'a terrible trap to fall into.
Yup, I had the same thing a couple times before too... it's like the physical manifestation of frustation and it sucks. @Lollipop101 don't punish yourself over a mistake, that will hurt you a lot more than the relapse itself, so forgive yourself and start again... you can learn from this and move on, I know you can, good luck!
Yeah, that is true. I'll have to stop being so hard on myself and just move on or else it'll just make me feel worse
