Anyone ever deal with this? Obviously in the middle of relapse I see stuff when I close my eyes to sleep. But right now my insomnia is making me more and more out of it and slightly hallucinate. I keep hearing sounds from my neighbors and I keep thinking they're having sex when they are not. It's driving me mad. anyone have to deal with this? like I'm good on no PMO when I'm awake but half-asleep or insomnia gets me so many times.
