So there has been some talk about how nofap can help with balding or receding hairline. So i was curious if there is any of u that have actually see changes with your hair when on nofap? And if you did, when did u first see the changes?
No changes that i noticed, but both things have something to do with testosterone so they could be related
I notice that my hair just feels nicer. It's hard to explain. I'm too young to notice if regrows bald spots because I don't have any.
