i had the urge right now to go and check on my favorite web series. I thought of watching an episode but after yesterday's relapse i had blocked all of it together-in a bundle. just all of it reddit prime netflix everything. i typed in the address and was greeted with a WEBSITE BLOCKED notification and now starts the actual dopamine detox. 30 days at first is my current aim.
