Had Hint of withdrawal Symptoms after 21 days

It's different for everyone and it depends on how long or bad your addiction is, but generally you'll get withdrawals and the flatline. Some people might not get them but I would prepare for withdrawals just in case, because they could hit hard in the upcoming days and you don't want to have your guard down.

 

Yeah like Sarah say, you may or may not get them, it will be bad, very bad or not so bad, it’s all dependent on the individual, but one thing is for sure, it’s important you get through this phase and future ones, it’s your brain adjusting. It’s wanting something you won’t give it, so it will make you feel shitty by making nothing enjoyable thus flatline, but after that it will have to resensitize, that’s healing, keep going and don’t look back!
