Had a relapse

So I had a full on relapse just about an hour ago. I ended up PMO. It's been a rough month for me and I was doing pretty good on not watching Porn. I went about a month without watching porn but I did masturbate a couple times.

To be honest I am at a weak moment in my life right now. I tried to take advantage of some opportunities to make my life better and they didn't really work. I have done my best to keep a good attitude through it all and not revert to porn to help me feel better. Well that all came tumbling down today. There is a silver lining in all this I guess. I was thinking of the person I was a few years ago. That person probably would have been in a bigger mess than I am now.

This might be a struggle. But I at least know that there are others out there who are struggling with the same things that I am.
