Had a huge urge last night

    last night I had a huge urge that almost completely taken control of me. I found myself on instagram looking at models which eventually lead to searching for P related stuff, but that's when I felt my true self intervene with my thoughts and asked myself if it was really worth it.

    Concluded that it wasn't but now I feel kinda cheated because I looked at bikini models with intent to PMO and it was a little rush just from searching the P in the search, but again I didn't look it when it came up.

    Any thoughts about this would be highly appreciated, thanks

    What you did is normal brother :) here is a tip that may help you , when you feel the urge , instantly grab your phone and open the stop watch , breath in for 5 seconds , keep the breath for 5 seconds and release it in 5 seconds and repeat this for 10 times , it really helps . wish you good luck :)

    Well, you didn't PMO after all, so it is a good thing. Next time something like this occurs again - you're going to feel more in control of yourself.
