    To participate in this challenge you can make a list of your current good habits along with the bad habits that you broke, starting with PMO.

    Post the list, challenging yourself to start a new habit or break a bad one for 30 days.

    When you complete the month, post your current habits again with the new one, if you succeeded.

    This month I want to break the bad habit of having too much useless thoughts like worrying for the future or thinking about the past. I want to live in the present most of the time if I can.

    Today 03/03 I challenge myself to be a better man.
