Hello, people of the NoFap-Community! I've been fighting PMO since 23rd of May 2018 - the day I started watching porn... regrettably. I knew it wasn't good for me, but when I wanted to stop one day I realized I couldn't. A few weeks ago I heard about this "movement" and it sounded interesting. So I'm giving it a try now. I am firmly convinced that I am getting away from my PMO-addiction. We all will.
