    I have been porn and masturbation free for about 6 months. In this time I have learned a lot about myself, and many important things have happened in my life. I have a particularly hard time with staying clean, because unlike most people here, I can't exercise. I have Chrohn's Disease, and life tends to suck really bad. But, I can finally say that I control my mind, even when my body has a mind of its own.

    Hey GBvita! you are one of my favourite posters on NoFap!

    You are quite a remarkable person. Staying strong despite having that disease must take tremendous effort. But like your signature says "Ask not for a lighter load, but stronger back", I'd say you have a strong mindset!

    Hey GBvitaobscura, I'm totally impressed by your story, which I've seen on yourbrainonporn and on here. I'm actually a radio person, making a documentary, and I'd love to feature your story in our programme, because it's incredible. I've looked at so many testimonials, and it's quite staggering how many people feel almost reborn by stopping PMO. But yours stood out as an unusually thorough re-birth.
