my name esteler, I am 27 yo and i am addicted to PMO.

i found this website by coincidence, and i thought: it's about time to end this addiction. i masturbate twice today, and it was good but drained me emotionally and physically.
PMO has taking over my life everyday, i become less focus at work, less interested to meet people, and more comfortable being in my room watching porn and masturbate.

it is about time for me to stop. i want to stop because i want to pursue my dream. i want to have better relationship life, i want to enjoy life to the fullest. and i know by doing PMO i am far from it. so i want to stop doing PMO.
