  3. Don't you think a change in the way you thinking its to "reboot" is to rewire the way the brain is thinking completely? Do I still have urges yes? am I acting on them now? No. A lot of times people need to realize anything that produces sexual stimulation is also a conscious decision.

I could easily use the computer i'm typing on now to fap, but I don't.

I am glad that you quitted PMO through the use of an unknown password. I just wanted to say a few words. I am not even thinking of PMO ever since I started the challenge. I feel like my head is kind of heavy and I don't know if you experience this as well

  5. Let me explain this to you all. Me dealing with pornography wasn't just a means of a simple password, but it helps me in my self-control. My problem is and was "edging" I am tempted to go on sites but I am not fully committing to the act of masturbation or porn. My first few days I experienced fear, guilt, and headaches because i've been doing this so long.

Well it has now been a month, just checking in on you. Have you maintained your broken habit? Is your phone cure still in tact?

    What has happened lately?

    Best of luck.
