Goodbye lower brain; thanks nofap

Since I am starting to learn sketching figures, I have to draw postures of naked models. I would have found that triggering previously but now I don't. A naked female body looks like a human body rather than just something I would like to fuck. I'd say it's a huge improvement. Although I get a funny feeling down there when I come across triggering content, I am well in control. The whole sexual essence gets spread around my navel and downwards up to my genitals. It's as if my penis is no longer controlling my brain. I feel enlightened. Don't get me wrong, if I let my guard down I will go back to my old ways. For the record, I have stopped consuming addictive substances totally around the day I started this nofap journey.
I am also gradually improving as far as procrastination is concerned. Guys and gals believe me, if you are seeking peace in your life nofap is the way.
But sometimes this funny feeling distracts me from studying, I don't know how to deal with that.
Side note (esp. for guys): I also believe that when you want to do sex for genital pleasure, you are not enjoying sex at all. Don't do nofap for scoring girls, nofap is a way of life.

 

I didn't want to start a new life, I just wanted to do nofap without any expectations whatsoever. Every morning I reminded myself that whenever my urges would arise, I would read threads on nofap. So I essentially made this website an addiction capable of substituting PMO. It worked wonders.
