Going to give another chance to quit Porn and Masturbating Addiction in 2024

I'm back as it sucks that you cannot create a new NoFap account but thankfully I'm going to give this a fresh start to stop pornography and masturbating addiction in 2024 as I created my NoFap account on January 1st 2023. I've been addicted to pornography for 6 years and it puts me a lot of shame and guilt to myself when I was fapping to pornography. What has affected me is that I feel so lost and I deal with too many problems such as memory loss, not enough sleep, anxiety, depression, and eating late at night which lead me to gain weight and have pre-diabetes. I feel like I'm the most shameful person I have ever done in my life and I feel like my face will look ugly due to my sleeping problems. I hope I'll do my hardest to control myself so that I won't be looking back at pornography that will lead me to masturbation which can cause a relapse and not hooking up with ladies for video chat sex by paying money. I wish myself another chance. I have autism and ADHD.
