About me: I'm a 25 year old male who has been in a relationship with the same woman for 7 years, and have a two year old son.

I've been watching porn for as long as I can remember due to the easy access of having a computer while growing up.

This has caused problems with my relationship in the past and hurt my S/O that I would go behind her back and hide things from her. This also hurt our sex life at one point and the effects still ripple today.

I'm short and overweight, something I want to work on but lack serious motivation. Maybe it's because I've never made the true commitment to myself.

I'm hoping that in the process of doing this it will help me focus on the things that are more important in life such as my family and life goals.

I can't say how addicted I am. Usually M once a day, but I'm aware that I do have a problem and need to get it under control.

I plan on attempting to complete the 90 days starting today.

    Guess that's it.

Many fapstronauts report a boost in their motivation and energy when they cease fapping. That can provide the incentive to exercise, which can provide both physical and mental distraction from the temptations to relapse. The results of the exercise can give you a sense of accomplishment that can carry over to this other change you're trying to make. So, I'd recommend using this as a chance to work on your weight. I'm not all that overweight, but I could stand to lose a little. I've lost several pounds since seriously starting NoFap, and I would have lost more if I hadn't been putting on a little muscle at the same time. I hope to put on quite a bit more. You see, there can be unexpected benefits from NoFap.

Thank you for your reply. As far as weight goes I'm 5'7 and weigh 275 but I have a very physical job so I'm hoping putting a few hours at the gym will help to convert the fat to muscle. I hope the energy thing works on my case, my 2 y/O is super energetic.
